The final deliverable will be a final report explaining and summarizing all analysis and defining VOC and NOx limiting factors for local ozone formation spatially and temporally for the ozone season. The final report must be completed by February 28, 2021, which will allow Clark County to use the findings in the developing of regulatory controls for ozone precursor pollutants.
